Get your account created after payment
- Complete payment through our website checkout process
- OR contact us for custom pricing and manual account setup
- We'll create your admin account and send login credentials
- Your first school will be set up automatically
- Verify your email address to activate full access
Set Up Your Schools
Add your schools and configure basic information
- Add each school with name, district, and contact information
- Upload school logos and set custom branding colors
- Configure greeting messages and slogans for each school
- Set timezone and other school-specific settings
Build Your FAQ Knowledge Base
Add questions and answers that parents frequently ask
- Add FAQs manually through the dashboard interface
- Bulk import FAQs using CSV upload (faster for large lists)
- Include keywords to help the AI match questions better
- Cover topics like enrollment, lunch, transportation, policies
- Start with 20-50 FAQs, expand based on parent questions
Add Staff Directory (Optional)
Help parents know who to contact for specific issues
- Add staff members with names, roles, and contact information
- Include office hours for each staff member
- Bulk import staff using CSV upload for efficiency
- AI will suggest contacting specific staff when appropriate
Install Widget on Website
Embed the chatbot on your school websites
- Copy the unique embed code from your school settings
- Paste the code into your website's HTML (before closing </body> tag)
- Test the chatbot on both desktop and mobile devices
- Verify it matches your school's branding colors
Monitor & Improve
Track usage and continuously improve responses
- Review conversation analytics to see what parents ask about
- Add new FAQs based on questions the AI couldn't answer
