How do I add the chatbot to my school website?

After setting up your account, you'll receive a simple embed code. Copy and paste this code into your website's HTML, and the chatbot widget will appear automatically. No technical expertise required!

Can parents ask questions in different languages?

Yes! Our chatbot automatically detects the language of the question and responds in the same language. We support English and Spanish by default, with additional languages available upon request.

What happens if the chatbot can't answer a question?

When the AI doesn't know the answer, it will politely direct parents to contact your school office directly. These unanswered questions are also logged for you to review and potentially add to your knowledge base.

How often should I update the chatbot's information?

We recommend reviewing and updating your chatbot's knowledge base quarterly, or whenever there are significant changes to school policies, schedules, or procedures. Our team also provides quarterly retraining as part of your subscription.

Is parent conversation data secure and private?

Absolutely. All conversations are encrypted and stored securely. We are FERPA compliant and never share or sell conversation data. School administrators can access transcripts for their own school only.

Can multiple staff members manage the chatbot?

Yes! You can add multiple administrators to your school account. Each admin can view analytics, manage content, and review conversations. Contact us to add additional team members.
